Design merchandise with overall understanding of target audience, production flow, marketing strategy and ways of distribution. Deploy the product plan as a small scale, feasible business in terms of limited time (3 months) and resource (under 400 USD.)

Result
Our final decision was on Do-It-Yourself paper model prints for families with children 6-15 years old. The benefits of choosing this type of merchandise is that it provides educational and participatory opportunities to the parents as well as operational flexibility for our team to manage under restrained conditions.
